2- Year Maintenance Services Contract Various Underground Storm Water Facility

SEPTA is seeking qualified firms to provide a two‑year, sealed‑bid maintenance services contract for various underground storm‑water facilities throughout its service area. The contractor will be responsible for routine inspection, cleaning, repair, and related upkeep of culverts, drainage pipes, and other subterranean storm‑water infrastructure to ensure reliable operation for the transit system. Bids must be submitted electronically via SEPTA’s EPS platform by the deadline, with questions due eight days prior to the opening. The award will be made at SEPTA’s discretion, and the contract is subject to a 90‑day firm‑price period.
