Embree Hall Flooring, Phase 2

Colby Community College is seeking a qualified vendor to replace existing flooring on Levels 1 and 2 of Embree Hall dormitory. The scope includes inspection, removal of existing carpet/linoleum, delivery, and installation of three flooring types (Kinetex textile‑composite in hallways, 24″ × 24″ nylon‑yarn carpet tile in living areas, and 5 mm luxury vinyl tile in bathrooms/laundry), plus waste disposal. The college will handle demolition, electrical, and plumbing work. Vendors must submit warranties, product data, a detailed project timeline (preferably a Gantt chart), and total cost for materials and labor, excluding sales tax. A performance bond is required for contracts over $100 k, and $1 M general liability insurance is mandatory.
