Catholic Priest Services

The US Army is seeking a Catholic Priest to provide religious support services to military personnel at Fort Gordon. The contractor will be responsible for conducting masses, providing sacraments, and offering pastoral care. The contractor must be a qualified Catholic Priest with verifiable moral character and spiritual maturity. The services will be provided on a part-time basis, and the contractor will be required to undergo a background check. The contract will be for a non-personal services contract, and the government will not exercise supervision or control over the contractor. The key responsibilities of the contractor include: • Conducting masses and providing sacraments • Offering pastoral care and emergency ministry • Coordinating with the Parish Coordinator and Chaplain Assistant • Maintaining a log of work performed and providing a copy to the COR on a monthly basis • Documenting worked performances on the Invoice or Request for Payment • Providing requests for supplies and equipment to support the Catholic Program
