Description
The Navy is issuing a single‑award IDIQ for Global Positioning System‑Based Range Instrumentation Equipment (GPS‑BRIE). The effort covers a full life‑cycle of system engineering, software development, testing, integration, logistics support, and ongoing support services over a five‑year period. Work will be performed under a mix of Cost‑Plus Fixed‑Fee, Cost‑Plus Incentive, and Firm‑Fixed‑Price contract line items, and will require delivery of extensive technical data, software artifacts, training material, and operational security plans.
• Engineering & design support for GPS‑based range instrumentation hardware and software.
• Development, verification, and validation of system and software specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Ongoing logistics, maintenance, and support services, including security and risk‑management documentation.
• Periodic reporting (monthly progress, quarterly inventory, and quarterly failure‑analysis reports) and compliance with Distribution Statement D (CUI‑CTI).
