Everest Flexible Polymer Moldboard Trip Edge Plows or equal

The West Virginia Parkways Authority is soliciting bids for the one-time purchase of four Everest Flexible Polymer Moldboard Trip Edge Plows or equal. The plows must meet specific mandatory requirements, including being 11' flexible polymer moldboard trip edge plows with a 3/8" UHMW polymer moldboard and variable moldboard heights. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor whose offered contract items meet all mandatory specifications. The vendor must provide detailed specification sheets, warranty documentation, and signed agency terms and conditions. Some key features of the plows include: • Shall be Everest 11’ RAC plow or equal • Shall be Reverse-A-Cast Model • Shall be 11' Flexible Polymer Moldboard Trip Edge Plows • Shall be 3/8" UHMW Polymer Moldboard with variable moldboard heights • Shall be between 33" and 51" tall with two pivoting ribs • Shall have two 3-1/2" bore x 6-1/4" stroke double-acting pivoting rib cylinders • Trip edges shall consist of a 4" x 4" 3/4" blade support angle with four 3/4" square springs The contract items must be delivered to the agency's location within 270 calendar days after receipt of the purchase order.
