Geophysical Data Purchase and Survey Sourcing

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a sole source contract for the Geophysical Data Purchase and Survey Sourcing (GDPSS) program. The purpose of the program is to improve the Earth Gravitational Model (EGM) and other gravity products used in navigation products for the DOD and general use for industry and academia. The scope of the contract includes purchasing geophysical data from external sources and coordinating direct surveys of geophysical data. The desired data types include gravity data, magnetic data, seismic reflection data, soils data, hydrographic data, and well log data. • The contract will be a firm fixed price contract with a twelve-month base period and four twelve-month option periods. • The anticipated period of performance is 15 July 2026 – 14 July 2031. • The incumbent contractor, Axim Geospatial, LLC, has a unique capability that no other vendor could replicate without causing unacceptable mission delays. • The incumbent provides a comprehensive operational infrastructure that integrates specialized physical assets with an expansive global data network.
