Description
The Arkansas Department of the Military is soliciting a qualified consultant (or consulting firm) to provide full professional architectural and engineering design services for a new 8,000 sq ft barracks facility at Camp Robinson. The work includes design of CMU block construction, shingled roof, concrete floors, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, latrine and shower facilities, administrative and storage areas, utility extensions, accessibility features, and antiterrorism measures in compliance with DOD standards and all applicable building codes. The contractor may perform the services in‑house or coordinate sub‑consultants, and the agency intends to award a single contract.
