Description
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified firms for arbitrage rebate calculation and opinion services. The selected firm will be responsible for reviewing outstanding debt issues, evaluating investment and record-keeping practices, calculating debt yields and excess earnings, and providing annual reports and opinions. The firm will also assist the county in the event of an IRS inquiry and provide consultation on matters related to arbitrage rebate and yield reduction payments.
