Mobile Food/Beverage Concessions

The Town of South Kingstown is seeking sealed proposals for permits to operate a Mobile Food/Beverage Concession for the 2025 and 2026 seasons at South Kingstown Town Beach. The mobile concession’s primary focus is serving beach patrons. The requirements for a Mobile Food/Beverage Concession include food preparation, transportation, and handling that adhere to State of RI Department of Health and Department of Business Regulations rules and regulations. The selected vendor will be required to pay permit fees and complete all related State and Locally Mandated Licenses and Requirements. • The concession must operate from May 24 through September 1, 2025, and May 23 through September 7, 2026. • The vendor must have sufficient experience and a demonstrated quality of workmanship on similar type projects. • The vendor must provide references and a completed experience sheet. • The vendor must comply with all related State and Locally Mandated Licenses and requirements. • The vendor must maintain workers' compensation insurance, General Liability insurance, and Auto Liability insurance.
