2027 ROW Maintenance

The City of Wildwood, Missouri is soliciting sealed bids for a comprehensive on‑call public‑works maintenance agreement covering streets, rights‑of‑way, city hall, and parks. The scope includes snow and ice removal, asphalt patching, concrete replacement, grass cutting, tree trimming, litter control, storm‑sewer repair, street sweeping, pavement marking, animal removal, emergency repairs, crack filling, sign, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, landscaping, and other routine maintenance as directed by the Director of Public Works. Multiple contractors may be awarded portions of the work; contracts will be awarded to the lowest responsible bids at the City’s discretion. Bids must be submitted in sealed form by 10:00 AM CST on Monday, October 12, 2026.
