Description
The Gwinnett County Department of Parks & Recreation is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the entrance sign at the Environmental & Heritage Center in Buford, GA. The scope includes demolition of the existing sign, gates, and lighting; design, fabrication, and installation of a new monument sign with lighting; construction of a vehicular island, concrete walkway, and wood guardrail; electrical work; site grading, landscaping, and erosion control; and coordination with multiple utility providers. The contract will be awarded on a price‑only lump‑sum basis, with a 90‑day construction schedule and retainage and liquidated‑damage provisions.
