Description
The City of Worcester is soliciting sealed bids to furnish and deliver a full line of Parking Control Officer uniforms and related apparel for a two‑year period, with a possible third‑year extension. The contract covers a wide array of tactical garments, high‑visibility garments, outerwear, accessories, and footwear, all meeting specific Blauer (and other) reference models. Bidders must provide firm FOB‑destination pricing, include all alterations, patches, and labeling in the unit price, and honor a three‑year manufacturer warranty. No bid bond or performance bond is required, but insurers must meet specified liability limits.
• Scope includes men’s and women’s cargo pants, blizzard coats, reversible coats, high‑visibility polos, shorts, turtlenecks, fleece jackets, caps, belts, rain jackets, various footwear, and badges.
• All items must be delivered within 30 days of order, with sample provision within 48 hours upon request and a full‑size “rung” fitting sample within 10 days of award.
• Submission deadline is 13 Nov 2026 10:00 a.m.; questions must be submitted by approx 8 Nov 2026 (five business days prior).
