F109--Water Management Program and Chemical Testing VAMC Boston Healthcare System

The VA Boston Healthcare System is seeking a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran‑Owned Small Business (VOSB) to develop, implement, and operate a comprehensive Water Management Program (WMP) for its sterile‑processing service water systems across three VA campuses, and to conduct regular water chemical testing in accordance with AAMI ST‑108:2023. The contractor must also provide a web‑based data‑management system for tracking, reporting, and alerting on water quality data, and support the Water Management Team with training, quarterly meetings, and ongoing technical assistance. The effort is structured as a firm‑fixed‑price purchase order with a one‑year base period and four optional one‑year renewals. • Develop a WMP aligned with AAMI ST‑108, AORN guidelines, and VA Directive 1116(2), including hazard analysis, control limits, monitoring, corrective actions, verification/validation, and documentation. • Perform monthly, quarterly, and as‑needed water testing (critical, utility, and steam) for sterile‑processing water systems at three VA medical centers, delivering results within two weeks of each month. • Provide and maintain a secure, customizable web‑based data‑management platform with 24/7 access, alerts, dashboards, and export capabilities, plus training and remote support for the VA staff.
