The Office of Information Technology is seeking a contractor to provide expert oversight for the engineering, coordination, and execution phases of rural broadband deployment. The contractor will advise on and manage the complex "make-ready" engineering and construction process, serve as the primary liaison between Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and Colorado electrical cooperatives, and mitigate logistical and regulatory bottlenecks. The contractor must possess deep expertise in Colorado electrical cooperative frameworks, specialized knowledge of make-ready and ISP requirements, and extensive pre-existing industry contacts.
