Description

The New Mexico Corrections Department’s Recidivism Reduction Division is seeking a qualified organization to design and deliver a three‑month, evidence‑based Family Reunification Workshop for incarcerated women at Springer and Western New Mexico correctional facilities. The contractor will be responsible for curriculum development, facilitation of workshops, evaluation of outcomes, and reporting. Funding is capped at $15,000 and all work must be completed by June 30 2017. • Design an innovative, measurable workshop program that improves family relationships and supports re‑entry. • Provide all staffing, materials, travel, and allowable costs within the $15,000 budget ceiling. • Submit a narrative (≤ 20 pages) and detailed month‑by‑month budgets in the prescribed templates; deliver one original plus four paper copies and an electronic PDF by the March 13 2017 deadline.

Budget estimate

$10,000 – $15,000

The solicitation caps the award at $15,000, and because it is a single‑award grant, the winner will receive up to that amount. Depending on the final approved budget and any cost‑share requirements (none required), the actual budget could range from a modest $10,000 for a scaled‑down scope to the full $15,000 if the agency funds the complete budget as proposed.
