Low Temperature Sterilizer_Sources Sought Notice

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources that can provide equipment, specifically a low temperature sterilizer, for the Leavenworth VAMC. The sterilizer should be similar to the VPRO Max2 Low Temperature Sterilizer and meet certain specifications, including dimensions and installation requirements. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and installing the sterilizer, as well as removing and disposing of debris and packaging materials. The sterilizer will be used to support Sterile Processing Service (SPS) for reprocessing reusable medical devices. • The sterilizer must have a minimum individual dimension of 33 x 40-15/16 x 72” (838 x 1040 x 1829 mm) • The system installation requires no plumbing, ventilation, or air supply, only a dedicated electrical connection • The sterilizer must be installed and operated in an area with a ventilation system capable of at least 10 air exchanges per hour • The sterilizer must integrate with the CensiTrac Instrument Tracking System
