The Alabama Department of Transportation seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive monthly pest‑control services for its Bay Minette facilities, covering a variety of rodents and insects both inside and outside all listed buildings. The contractor must perform scheduled monthly visits, respond to recalls at no extra charge, and obtain prior written approval for any work beyond the baseline scope.
