On-Call Engineering Services

The City of Indianapolis and Marion County’s Department of Metropolitan Development is seeking a qualified engineering firm to serve on an on‑call basis for a broad range of services. The master agreement will allow the City to request work as needs arise, covering everything from land surveys and mapping to structural assessments, emergency disaster response, sustainability evaluations, cost estimating for new construction, and related engineering analyses. Selected firms will be evaluated on experience, personnel qualifications, and ability to meet XBE subcontracting goals, and will later negotiate fees for each task‑specific supplement. • Provides flexible, on‑call engineering support for land, structural, environmental, and cost‑estimation projects. • Covers emergency/disaster response assessments and sustainability consulting for city infrastructure. • Requires compliance with XBE participation, E‑Verify, insurance minimums, and confidentiality standards. • No pricing is submitted with the qualification; fees will be negotiated per project under not‑to‑exceed limits. • Submissions must include an acknowledgment page and be emailed by the May 1, 2026 deadline.
