The City of Chino seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive sewer‑line maintenance across the municipality, including hydro‑jet cleaning of mainlines, closed‑circuit television (CCTV) inspections, lower service lateral launches, and on‑call repair services, with associated reporting and GIS data deliverables. The work will be coordinated by the City’s Public Works Department and must comply with NASSCO inspection standards and California traffic‑control regulations. • Clean and televise up to 50 mi of sewer mains annually, completing cleaning prior to CCTV inspection. • Perform up to 500 lower service lateral CCTV inspections per fiscal year and provide detailed reports with video footage. • Respond to ad‑hoc maintenance repairs throughout the contract term, delivering traffic‑control and safety compliance. • Produce an ArcGIS‑compatible GIS layer of all inspected assets, including defects and recommended actions, conforming to City standards.
