Description
The State of Montana Department of Military Affairs, on behalf of the Montana Army National Guard, is seeking a qualified contractor to develop an Installation Energy and Water Plan (IEWP) for its installations. The contractor must produce a comprehensive plan that addresses energy consumption, water use, resilience, and integration of renewable or resilient energy sources, adhering to Army IEWP guidance, policy, and critical‑facility lists. The effort includes delivering a technical approach, a detailed method of procedure with timeline and risk‑management plan, and a cost proposal for a single “each” service line item.
• Scope: Create a full IEWP for MTARNG installations, following Army and DOD guidelines.
• Deliverables: Technical approach, Method of Procedure, cost proposal, references, resumes, certifications, and required forms.
• Requirements: Must hold a UEI, accept State of Montana standard contract terms, and certify compliance with Montana women‑pay equity and non‑discrimination policies.
