Request for Proposals - Criminal Case Intake and Disposition Portal

The State of Alaska, Department of Law, is seeking proposals for the design, implementation, hosting, and support of a secure, web-based, bidirectional Criminal Case Intake and Disposition (CCID) portal. The selected vendor must demonstrate substantial experience handling CJIS-regulated law-enforcement data in operational production environments. The portal must generate and assign a unique Arrest Tracking Number (ATN) for each case referral submitted through the system. The vendor must also provide a browser-based solution proven to function in low-bandwidth or limited-connectivity environments.
