Sources Sought- Pathology and Laboratory Microscope

The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System is seeking vendor responses for the purchase of a brand‑new pathology microscope with an attachable camera and full accessory set. The microscope must meet detailed optical and electronic specifications, be compatible with Cell Sens software, and include installation, training, and documentation. All equipment will be procured and awarded together; no network integration is required. • One new, current‑model microscope (no refurbished units) with LED illumination, 5‑position nosepiece, and a full suite of objective lenses (2x‑60x). • Required accessories: 8.9 MP color CMOS camera, serial and USB cables, RS232 card, power cord, control box, binocular tube, polarizers, dust cover, and related hardware. • Vendor must provide installation, verification/validation, and operator manuals; delivery to University Drive C, Pittsburgh VA Healthcare System, PA 15240. • Responses due by 12:00 PM ET Oct 23 2026; must be submitted via email to the contract specialist.
