Description
The Bridgman Public Schools district is seeking sealed bids for the complete renovation of Bridgman Elementary School, slated for the 2027 school year. Bidders must obtain the bid package electronically via Procore beginning around October 15 2026, attend (optional) a pre‑bid meeting on October 20 2026, and submit sealed bids no later than November 12 2026 at 2:00 PM. All bids must be signed, notarized, and include a disclosure statement regarding any familial relationships with district officials. No digital or faxed bids will be accepted; all submissions must be physical and sealed. The district reserves the right to award individual items separately or reject any or all bids.
