Clinical Services for Individuals with Disabilities

The Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) is seeking qualified Masters and Doctoral level clinicians to provide a range of specified assessment, consultation, and treatment services to individuals with disabilities. The services include clinical case consultation, cognitive remediation, family assistance services, mental status exams, neurobehavioral assessment and treatment, neuropsychological evaluation, psychological evaluation, psychotherapy, technical assistance, and training. The contract will be for an initial period of three years, with two options to renew for five years each. The estimated total procurement value is $1,500,000. • The RFR is open to individual clinicians and provider organizations. • Respondents must meet the minimum submission requirements, including education, licensure, and experience. • The MRC will review applications and conduct interviews as needed. • The contract will be awarded based on the respondent's qualifications, experience, and proposed services. • The MRC reserves the right to amend or cancel the RFR at any time.
