MRC AT 4-2020 - Assistive Technology Services

The Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission is seeking a pool of contractors to provide Assistive Technology (AT) services to individuals with disabilities across the Commonwealth. Providers selected through this RFP will provide AT devices and services to assist individuals with disabilities to maximize their ability to carry out specific tasks and achieve specific goals. The services provided may include Reasonable Accommodations for agency employees. The contract is expected to last for 10 years, with the option for renewal. Key responsibilities of the contractors will include: • Providing AT devices and services to individuals with disabilities • Assisting individuals with disabilities to maximize their ability to carry out specific tasks and achieve specific goals • Providing Reasonable Accommodations for agency employees • Working with MRC HR staff to initiate services and obtain authorization for services • Providing services in accordance with the terms of the Master Agreement.
