Construction of Vines Park Phase II

This solicitation seeks a qualified general contractor to execute Phase II of Vines Park in Gwinnett County, Georgia. The scope covers design‑build construction of two children’s playgrounds, a fitness area, extensive site furnishings, lighting, storm‑water/pond structures, bio‑retention areas, a model‑railroad pavilion, signage, and associated utility work.
