Description
The Muscogee County School District is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive grounds‑maintenance services for all district schools, libraries, athletic fields, retention ponds, fences, and support buildings across Muscogee County, GA. The work includes mowing, weed control, pruning, mulching, aeration, fertilization, pond upkeep, fence line vegetation management, and seasonal pine‑straw distribution, following APPA Level 2 and Level 4 standards. The contract is for a one‑year period (Mar 2027 – Feb 2028) with the possibility of up to two additional one‑year renewals.
