Request for Proposals: University Plains Speedway Management

The City of Brookings Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department is soliciting qualified firms or individuals to operate and manage the University Plains Speedway. The operator will be responsible for day‑to‑day maintenance (including mowing), customer service, and programming of track events to improve visitor experience.
