Authorized Arbinger Training Courses for OOLAC at Hill AFB, Utah

The Air Force is seeking a sole‑source contract to provide proprietary Arbinger “Outward Mindset” leadership training for roughly 900 personnel at Hill Air Force Base and two geographically dispersed units. The Arbinger Institute, the sole owner of the curriculum, will deliver the courses and train government personnel to become internal facilitators.
