Description
The Air Force Medical Readiness Agency seeks a qualified, CAPTE‑accredited institution to deliver a 12‑month Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) training pipeline for up to 36 active‑duty Air Force enlisted members each year, with options for four additional years. The contractor must provide academic instruction, simulation labs, clinical rotations, student support services, and degree conferral, all within a 15‑mile radius of Joint Base San Antonio. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price purchase order using a lowest‑price‑technically‑acceptable (LPTA) source‑selection.
• Provide a CAPTE‑accredited PTA Associate of Applied Science degree curriculum and maintain accreditation.
• Deliver three staggered cohorts of 12 students per year, each ≤ 180 academic days, with required 720 clinical hours per student.
• Supply laptops, e‑books, NPTE preparation platform, and manage graduation, licensing exam registration, and reporting requirements.
