School Based Health Centers (SBHC), Behavioral Health Therapist

The Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD) is seeking a vendor to provide behavioral health therapist services to students in two comprehensive high schools. The therapist will provide individual and group interventions, crisis intervention, and family support services. The vendor will be responsible for billing Medicaid and other third-party payers. The district expects the vendor to provide services that meet caseload expectations and support the financial sustainability of the program. • The vendor will provide 1.0 FTE behavioral health therapist at each school. • The therapist will deliver primarily individual behavioral health interventions and occasionally offer group interventions. • The vendor will be responsible for monitoring therapist credentials and ensuring appropriate therapist credentialing for insurance billing and reimbursement. • The district expects the vendor to provide services that meet caseload expectations and support the financial sustainability of the program.
