Mental Health Services, Resources, and Training

The Southwest Independent School District is seeking a vendor to provide mental health services, resources, and training. The selected vendor will be required to provide direct, clinical therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy, as well as training for staff, students, caregivers, and community members. The vendor will also be required to provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the services provided. The contract will be for a period from the award date through December 2026. • The vendor must have experience in providing mental health services, particularly in a school setting. • The vendor must have a team of licensed therapists with expertise in evidence-based practices such as trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavior therapy. • The vendor must be able to provide services in both English and Spanish. • The vendor must have experience in working with diverse populations, including vulnerable communities. • The vendor must be able to provide training for staff, students, caregivers, and community members on mental health topics, including trauma, mental wellness, and addiction.
