Mental Health Services, Resources, and Training

Southwest Independent School District (SWISD) is seeking one or more qualified vendors to provide comprehensive mental health services, resources, and training for students, families, and staff across the district. The contract will run from the award date through December 2026 and may include on‑site clinical therapy (individual, group, family), evidence‑based trauma‑informed interventions, multilingual support, and ongoing training for district personnel. Vendors must supply licensed mental‑health professionals, maintain compliance with FERPA/HIPAA, submit detailed monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports, and coordinate with the district’s Health Services, SEL, and Student Outreach teams. The solicitation emphasizes in‑person service delivery (teletherapy is not accepted) and allows multiple awardees who must collaborate under district supervision. • Services include direct clinical therapy (individual, group, family) for Pre‑K‑12 students and adults, plus crisis response and summer coverage. • Required therapist credentials: LPC, LCSW, LCDC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist. • Training curriculum covering TF‑CBT, DBT, MI, CBT, SFBT, and other evidence‑based modalities. • Mandatory reporting, background checks, and bilingual capability (Spanish required, ASL optional). • Vendor must provide monthly utilization metrics, outcome data, and resource/training counts. • Contract may be awarded to multiple vendors who must cooperate under district oversight. • All bids submitted electronically; proposal validity 60 days; invoicing on a 7‑day net schedule.
