This solicitation seeks a single contractor to operate and maintain a joint municipal animal shelter for the City of Tuscaloosa, City of Northport, and Tuscaloosa County. The contractor must provide full‑service shelter operations—including animal intake, care, veterinary services, transportation, testing, vaccination, facility upkeep, security, and administrative reporting—while complying with Alabama statutes, ASV guidelines, and ADA requirements.
