Child First

The Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF) is accepting applications for the provision of Child First program. The intent of this request is to procure parent/caregiver services that enhance the family environment through protective, nurturing, and responsive interactions and support the attachment of young children with their parents/caregivers. DCF will select up to six providers to deliver this program across the state. • The program aims to enhance the family environment through protective, nurturing, and responsive interactions. • The program will support the attachment of young children with their parents/caregivers. • Up to six providers will be selected to deliver the program across the state. • The estimated total value of the contract is $5,850,000. • The contract will be awarded based on the proposals submitted by the applicants.
