Ben Franklin Transit is seeking a qualified temporary staffing firm to provide temporary staffing and recruitment services on an as-needed basis. The selected firm will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and placing qualified temporary personnel in various positions, including technical, accounting, administrative, clerical, data entry, and project-based roles. The firm will also provide comprehensive recruitment services, including candidate sourcing, identification, and evaluation. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew. Some key responsibilities of the selected firm include: • Providing temporary staffing and recruitment services • Recruiting, screening, and placing qualified temporary personnel • Maintaining a sufficient pool of qualified candidates • Ensuring compliance with all federal and state employment laws • Providing employee orientation and training • Conducting background checks and reference verification • Ensuring confidentiality and security of BFT's property and information
