Event Rentals, Supplies, Equipment and/or Services

The Belton Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Event Rentals, Supplies, Equipment and/or Services. The contract term will be from the award date through November 30, 2025, with three automatic one-year renewals. The district reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing event rentals, supplies, equipment, and/or services to the district • Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations • Maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding data • Providing insurance coverage as specified in the contract • Complying with the district's standard terms and conditions
