Trailers and Related Equipment and Services

The Belton Independent School District is seeking qualified companies to submit proposals for trailers and related equipment and services. The district invites vendors to respond to this solicitation to maintain an approved vendor status. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis, with an estimated annual value of over $50,000. The contract will be effective from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, with four automatic renewal options. • The district reserves the right to negotiate terms, conditions, or pricing with the proposer prior to an award. • The district reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and to award contracts to individuals as may appear advantageous. • Vendors who have been awarded on previous RFPs and supplementals must respond to this solicitation to maintain an approved vendor status.
