Energy Services Companies (ESCOs)

The Kansas Corporation Commission (KCC) seeks competitive proposals from Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to provide services to FCIP participants. The services include conducting audits to identify Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs), providing construction and implementation services, and providing training, commissioning, and measurement and verification services. The contract period is from the date of full execution to September 30, 2030. • The proposal should include a technical proposal and a cost proposal. • The technical proposal should describe the bidder's capabilities to satisfy the requirements of the RFP. • The cost proposal should include prices for the services to be provided. • The bidder should also provide a copy of the required performance bonds and labor and material payment bonds. • The bidder should comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including those related to immigration and reform. • The bidder should also comply with the Kansas Act Against Discrimination and the Kansas Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
