Catering

The Wylie Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified catering vendors to provide non-exclusive, as-needed catering services. The contract term is from August 17, 2026, to August 31, 2026, with the option to auto-renew through August 31, 2031. The District will evaluate proposals based on the qualities outlined in the Award Evaluation Criteria, the service to be provided, and the District's needs. • The District expects to award this solicitation to multiple vendors. • Submissions must be made through the District’s e-bidding system, IonWave. • The District will open, evaluate, and qualify proposals every month. • Wylie ISD employees are not eligible for this award.
