Catering and Related Services

The United Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide catering and related services. The district is looking to establish a pool of approved vendors to provide these services on an as-needed basis. The contract will have a term of three years, and vendors will be evaluated based on their qualifications, experience, service description, and pricing. The district reserves the right to select multiple vendors and to negotiate with vendors to ensure the most cost-effective and suitable solution. • The services to be provided include food and catering related services, such as delivery and setup of services for the district. • Vendors must submit proposals that include company information, product and service description, pricing, and proof of insurance. • The district will enter into contracts with selected vendors on an as-needed basis through the issuance of a purchase order. • Background checks and/or fingerprinting may be required for vendors with continuing duties or direct contact with students.
