eDNA Autosampler Equipment

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineer Research and Development Center - Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) is seeking to acquire eDNA Autosampler Equipment to support environmental monitoring of wildlife, biological threats, and hazards at US military installations. The equipment must be designed for field-deployable usage, fully automated, and capable of collecting and preserving 8 or more samples for a minimum of 30 days after processing. The ERDC-CERL lab is specifically seeking to acquire other/alternate brands in this procurement to increase their laboratory capabilities. • The equipment should be designed for field-deployable usage (solar/battery power options) for autonomous water collection, filtration (with 47 mm filters), and sample preservation. • The equipment should be fully automated with the ability to schedule the machine in advance to run at specified times. • The equipment should be capable of collecting and preserving 8 or more samples for a minimum of 30 days after processing. • The ERDC-CERL team requires one platform that is water-submersible up to 5 meters. • The ERDC-CERL team requires one platform for shore-based (out of water) use.
