Budget estimate

$1,500,000 – $3,000,000

Based on the estimated construction cost of $9 million, the budget for this project could be in the range of $1.5 million to $3 million, assuming a typical architectural and engineering services fee range of 15% to 30% of the construction cost. However, this is just an estimate, and the actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on the specific services required and the terms of the contract. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the project, the level of competition, and the City of Phoenix's budget and funding constraints.
