The Town of Fountain Hills is seeking an independent, vendor‑neutral telecommunications engineering firm to provide expert review of wireless tower and antenna applications, ensure compliance with local ordinances and FCC rules, attend public hearings, and offer expert witness services when needed.
• Minimum 5 years experience reviewing municipal wireless applications and RF engineering expertise.
• Must be free of any conflict of interest with carriers, tower developers, or installers in Arizona.
• Tasks include completeness checks, zoning compliance reviews, technical memoranda, and hearing presentations.
• Deliverables: written compliance reports, recommendations, and possible expert testimony.
• Billing is hourly; firms must submit an all‑inclusive rate schedule.
• Submission deadline Sep 24 2026 5:00 PM via the Town’s e‑Procurement portal; questions due Sep 18 2026.
• Selection may involve oral interviews and could result in multiple awardees.
