Heritage Trails Co Park Site Planning, Infrastructure/Utility Analysis and Engineering Services

The Washington County Natural Resources Department is seeking a qualified firm to provide site planning, infrastructure/utility analysis, and engineering services for the Heritage Trails County Park. The selected firm will conduct a site analysis, develop a site plan, and provide construction cost estimates for potential amenities such as restrooms, multipurpose space, campsites, lighting, parking, and utilities. The firm should have experience in park site planning for similar sized communities, preferably in Wisconsin, and should include at least three reference projects in their response. • The park currently features world-class mountain bike trails, a youth skills area, a disc golf course, hiking trails, and a shooting range. • The selected firm will need to consider these existing features when performing the work. • The firm will develop a site plan and provide construction cost estimates for consideration. • The work should be completed by January 15, 2027.
