Furnishing Management Service (FMS) FY26

The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide Furnishing Management Services (FMS) at Dover Air Force Base (AFB) in Delaware. The contractor will be responsible for providing all management, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, vehicles, and materials necessary to operate the Furnishings Management Section (FMS) and maintain government property in support of Dover AFB Unaccompanied Housing (UH). The FMS is part of the Military Housing Office (MHO) and serves as the base's central point for furnishings support. The contractor will be required to provide financial management, warehouse management, and oversee the accountability of appliances and furnishings in buildings at Dover AFB and Dover AFB Housing. • The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the option to extend for up to 6 months. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the work. • The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. • The contractor will be required to submit a quote that includes all necessary information and pricing. • The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the solicitation and provides the best value to the Government.
