WIFI SERVICES

The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Division of State Parks, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide WIFI services for campgrounds and day use areas. The contract term is expected to be four years, subject to Board of Examiners approval. The scope of work includes providing WIFI service with an option of unlimited data, incremental data, or pay as you go data to park visitors, and providing a data plan that allows unused data to transfer to another park without additional cost to the visitor. The contractor will be responsible for owning, maintaining, updating, and repairing all WIFI hardware and network, and providing a custom splash portal with the Nevada Division of State Parks logo and general information. • The contractor must provide WIFI service covering at least the entire geographical area of the dedicated campground at each park. • The contractor must provide network security monitoring and bandwidth usage. • The contractor must provide each park with a custom splash portal with the Nevada Division of State Parks logo and general information. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) and Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) documentation. • The contractor must provide a copy of all appropriate licenses in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
