PSP Greensburg DNA Laboratory Janitorial Services

The Pennsylvania State Police is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the DNA Laboratory in Greensburg, PA. The services will include cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining the laboratory and surrounding areas. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to perform the services. • The vendor must sign-in and sign-out all workers in the laboratory logbook each visit. • The vendor must follow and sign the job log sheet. • The vendor must contact Laboratory Management for directions on maintenance and cleaning of all floors. • The vendor must provide all necessary equipment and materials, including waste basket liners, cleaning solutions, and disinfectants. • The vendor must perform specific cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming. • The vendor must follow the manufacturer's directions for cleaning and maintaining the floors. • The vendor must provide a DNA sample to identify themselves and exclude their DNA from any DNA profiles generated in lab casework.
