Henderson Fiber Line Install

The State of Nevada, Office of the Military, is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide services for the installation of a fiber line at the Henderson Armory. The project involves trenching and installing conduit to run fiber cable from the Henderson Armory to the Butler Building, and providing network access. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the installation. The contract is expected to start on April 15, 2025, and end on May 31, 2025. Some key aspects of the project include: • Trenching and installing conduit to run fiber cable • Providing network access • Installing exterior conduit from the cable box to the server room • Weatherproofing the penetration point • Running owner-provided fiber line and terminating all six pairs on both ends with LC connections • Installing pull line in conduit once the project is completed for future upgrades The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance, including commercial general liability, commercial auto insurance, and workers' compensation insurance. The contractor will also be required to register with the Nevada State Controller's Office and obtain a Nevada Vendor Registration Form.
