Golf Car Lease for Benson & Knolls Golf Courses

The City of Omaha is seeking bids to lease 144 gas-powered golf cars for the Benson and Knolls Golf Courses. The lease term is approximately 48 months, with options for lease extension and purchase. Bidders must provide pricing, maintenance, and repair information, as well as disclose any additional lease options and purchase options. The City will evaluate bids based on criteria such as bidder experience, financial ability, and warranty and maintenance agreements. The selected bidder will be responsible for delivering, installing, and maintaining the golf cars, as well as providing routine maintenance and service. • The golf cars must meet specific performance requirements, including being the newest models under current production and conforming to equipment specifications. • The bidder must provide full-service maintenance and repair, including warranty repairs, labor, travel expenses, and materials. • The bidder must also provide competent and experienced service personnel and loaner cars if necessary. • The City reserves the right to investigate the qualifications and experience of the bidder and to obtain new bids if necessary.
